Youth Group

All youth (in grades 6-12) of the congregation and their friends are invited to be a part of our youth programs. Adults are needed for program help, transportation, refreshments, etc. for various youth activities. Summer Camps:  Available at Hartman Center for elementary, middle, and High school students.  St. Paul’s encourages & supports its youth to attend. Two annual projects are coordinating the Easter Egg Hunt for children and the family Halloween event.

The National School Climate Survey is a biennial survey (for 2019) and the only national survey that specifically examines the experiences of LGBTQ youth at school. The survey asks youth about their experiences with harassment and victimization at school, hearing biased language from students and school staff (e.g., homophobic and racist remarks), and other factors that affect their overall feelings of comfort and safety at school. It provides an opportunity for LGBTQ youth to speak out about the unique challenges they face and to inform education policymakers and the public about what is really going on in U.S. schools.

Please share with any PFLAG or LGBTQ organization you may be involved with.
