COMMUNITY GARDEN
Feeding The Hungry
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me. MATTHEW 25:35
St. Paul’s Community Garden, now in its 8th year, provided over 2,000 lbs. of fresh vegetables (in 2020) to patrons of New Hope Ministries a “Christian social service agency that shows the love and hope of Christ by serving the Central PA community in times of need and supporting their efforts towards stability”.
Thank you to Wendy Hayden and Jody Biss for volunteering to be our garden’s 2021 Chairpersons and to Eric Dundore for stepping up as Co-Chair for 2021, and then moving into the Chair position for 2022! A Big Thank You to Mike & Kathy Aumiller, our outgoing Community Garden Chairpersons, for their amazing work and leadership during the pandemic 2020 garden season!
Our first workday of the season will be Saturday, April 10th beginning at 9:00 AM. We will provide water and snacks for work days. Bring your work gloves and enthusiasm. Help us get the garden ready for the 2021 growing season.
